An evaluation of the mycorrhizal status of the golf course grass is essential for planning a mycorrhiza management program that includes inoculation and assessment of effectiveness.

Assessments include evaluation and interpretation of of Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (VAMF) or Arbuscular Mycorrhizae (AMF) – Colonization % (Presence of vesicles, arbuscules and/or hyphae vs. No colonization) in at least 100 cm of root sample. (See sampling instructions).
